1. Refund period

You can get a full refund of any course within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as you have completed less than 40% of the course. This is the completion shown for the course on your dashboard.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@stepthroughcode.com from the email address on your account, with the course name and the order number from your receipt. You don’t need to give a reason. If you can’t find your receipt, tell us the date of purchase and we’ll find the order.

3. How you are refunded

  • Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, returns the full amount to your original payment method, with no fees deducted.
  • Refunds usually appear within 3 to 15 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
  • Your access to the paid lessons ends when the refund is issued.

4. When a refund is not available

Purchases are not refundable after 7 days, or once you have completed 40% or more of the course, unless you were charged twice for the same course, we cannot provide the access you paid for, or the law where you live requires a refund.

5. Cancellation

There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Each purchase is a single payment for 12 months of access, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy again. Every new purchase has its own 7-day refund period.
